What: More than 150 dogs and cats from 15 Washington rescue organizations will be up for adoption at the Pawsitive Alliance Holiday Hoedown Adoption Event on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. After finding your new furry friend, stock up on gifts and pet supplies from a range of vendors and receive free professional holiday-themed photos of you and your new pet. Admission to the event is free, and adoption fees are determined by each organization.

The book is a grooming and skincare guide catered to every type of 21st century man–from the polished gent to the DIY hipster. Customers can enjoy beer tasting and light bites while exploring different stations featuring essential skincare and grooming techniques. The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. in the men’s furnishings department.
