Holiday Gift Wrapping Party

What: Looking to have some last-minute gifts wrapped? Searching for an excuse to indulge in holiday drinks? Pioneer Square-based retailer and bar, E. Smith Mercantile, is hosting a holiday gift wrapping party this Friday from 5-9 p.m. Guests are free to shop the store or to bring presents from home and party while their presents are wrapped. During the event the bar will feature staple holiday drinks like housemade egg nog and mulled cider. Yum!

After hitting up drinks at E. Smith Mercantile, consider popping over to Clementine’s to score some sweet deals on footwear. 
The women’s boutique is offering “Daily Deals” everyday, with new discounts posted each day on the retailer’s Facebook

Discounted Shoes and Accessories

What: After hitting up drinks at E. Smith Mercantile, consider popping over to Clementine Shoes to score some sweet deals on footwear. The women’s boutique is offering “Daily Deals,” with previous discounts including reduced prices on various shoes and bags. New deals are posted every day on the retailer’s Facebook page, so make sure to check and stay up-to-date on the latest savings.

What: Today is the third Fremont Third Thursday event, and participating stores are offering serious savings–perfect for gifts! 
Les Amis will kick off its winter sale with 30-50 percent off fall and winter collections and a trunkshow with local brands, Sue Press and Alice Noon. If you aren’t able to make it to Third Thursday, the store will continue the sale until the end of the season. Pipe & Row will offer a store-wide discount, snacks, gift wrapping, and an appearance and book signing by Sarah Adler, the author of Simply Real Health, Inc. The store will also showcase Third Eye Assembly‘s newest collection along with a pop-up studio session where shoppers can witness the designer creating jewelry.

Throw Your Own Holiday Shopping Party

What: Avoid the stress of crowds and host a private shopping party with new local gift-giving company, Knack. Attendees create custom gifts–choose the container (glass cloche to traditional gift bag) then select your knicks (gift items from local brands, such as Herbivore Botanicals and Fran’s Chocolates) to go in the container, all while enjoying drinks and snacks at Knack’s Capitol Hill headquarters. Parties can accommodate up to 12 people, and the cost of hosting is complimentary, but Knack gifts start at $25. Dial 206.557.4525 to book an appointment. There are a limited number of parties available (one per day) so book soon if interested. Kack gifts can also be created anytime on the comapny’s website.
