The Seattle Seahawks have slipped slightly in Forbes’ annual ranking of NFL team valuations.

The club, which opens its season at home against the Denver Broncos on Sept. 8, is valued at $5.45 billion, 9% higher than last season. Its operating income is $104 million.

The Hawks ranked No. 14 last year, but are now behind the Green Bay Packers, which jumped from No. 20 to No. 13.

Surprising no one, the Dallas Cowboys rank No. 1 for the 18^th consecutive year. Forbes notes that the Cowboys are the first sports team to exceed a valuation of $10 billion, and are valued at $10.1 billion this year. That’s significantly higher than the No. 2 Los Angeles Rams, who come in at $7.6 billion.

Despite playing in the Super Bowl less than three years ago, the Cincinnati Bengals are the NFL’s least valuable team, at $4.1 billion.

Forbes says all NFL teams “are riding high” because of the league’s new national media rights package with CBS, ESPN/ABC, Fox, NBC, and YouTube, and Amazon’s Thursday Night football deal that began last season. The new contract, signed earlier this summer, gives teams roughly $380 million in revenue apiece, and will pay a total of about $125.5 billion through 2033.

A study by aGamble.com found that the average price of a Seahawks ticket has increased 27.7% the past five seasons, to $128 per game.
