Tatters, a Mercer Island shop that is home to chic, avant garde and often exclusive labels, will be at the Stroum Jewish Community Center, also on Mercer Island, on Sunday, March 17 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. along with Vian Hunter (with deals starting at $25), River Song Jewelry Designs, Elizabeth Roberts and more, with discounts of epic proportions—starting at 40 percent off and going as high as who knows where.

If you’re a fashion forward bargain hunter, you might want to rise early for this baby.
