Sell Your Sole’s Couture Karma
By Seattle Mag June 7, 2013
Belltown consignment boutique, Sell Your Sole, announced a new program today called Couture Karma, shaking up the consignment split on luxury designer brands. From now on, customers who consign Chanel, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Chloe, Celine, Bottega Venetta, Tom Ford, Gucci, YSL and Louis Vuitton will receive a 70/30 split (70 percent to the seller) once their item has sold.
“The intention of the campaign is to compensate the consignor generously when they recycle their luxury items,” says owner Natalia Wittke. “And to be able to then offer those items at an affordable price to women who have dreamed of owning them all their life.”
If you’ve been in to Sell Your Sole, you undoubtedly already know that Wittke is a kind and powerful force of resale fashion. Her enthusiasm and pure love for her store, its contents, consigners and customers, is palpable and very sincere. If you haven’t been in to the airy and spacious shop, you’re really missing out on some of the best consignment shopping in Seattle.
