Hey Marseilles Cleans Up Nice

Last year, our photographer Hayley Young photographed local band Hey Marseilles for a story in Performer magazine.

Hayley approached Jane Parsen, general manager at the Seattle Brooks Brothers store, to help style the band for that shoot. Thanks to Jane and Brooks Brothers (and Hayley’s great creative direction, of course), the boys looked very dapper in matching dark suits, and the shots turned out great. They ran both on the cover of Performer and as the promotional photos for Seattle Symphony’s Sonic Evolution show (happening tonight!).

Hey Marseilles contacted Hayley last week, a little nervous about what they should wear for tonight’s show at Benaroya Hall.

Hayley in turn contacted Jane to see if she might like to help dress them for the event, and she agreed!

So tonight the band will sport Brooks Brothers designs thanks to Jane and customer service assistant Vicky Garmiles. (Shown here with lead singer Matt Bishop; Vickie on the left, Jane on the right).
