Recipe of the Week: Tropical Smoothie Bowl

The only thing better than a fruity and flavorful treat is one packed with superfoods.These colorful smoothie bowls by local foodie and Spache the Spatula blogger Rachael Dart are a tasty and healthy way to treat yourself this season. And with toppings like goji berries, chia and hemp seeds, you can indulge guilt-free.
“I love the intense fruity flavors and contrast of the crunchy toppings and creamy smoothie base,” says Dart of her creation. Enjoy the tropical taste solo, or blend a batch to share with friends by the pool.
Yield: 2 smoothie bowls
Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- 10 oz. fresh pineapple
- 10 oz. fresh champagne mango
- 1 cup DREAM Boosted Original Coconut Beverage
- 2 handfuls ice (Or as much as desired)
- goji berries, to top
- dried, unsweetened coconut, to top
- chia seeds, to top
- hemp seeds, to top
Directions:
- Place the banana, mango, pineapple, DREAM Boosted Coconut, and ice in a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two bowls, and top with desired toppings.
