Let’s get one thing straight: The best part of Thanksgiving dinner is the leftovers you get to eat the next day. But if you don’t have a fridge full of stuffing and cranberry sauce at your disposal—maybe you were a guest instead of the host (or maybe you’re reading this in April in the doctor’s waiting room)—Valhalla Sandwiches in Greenwood has your back.

The food truck turned brick-and-mortar spot serves the area’s best Thanksgiving dinner between two slices of bread (or, in this case, a soft yet substantial telera roll): The Thanksgetting ($9) features turkey and all the fixings, smothered in gravy and rosemary aioli.
