Leavenworth Christmas Lighting Festival
(12/1-3, 8-10, 15-17) Washington’s favorite Bavarian village decks its halls in over half a million Christmas lights as live musical performances fill the streets and St. Nickolaus spins tales of his adventures at the Front Street Gazebo. The lighting ceremony dispels the winter gloom each Saturday and Sunday at 4:30 p.m. Expect chestnut roasting, sledding, a tent selling Glühwein (German mulled wine) and cider, and much more. Coffee Beer & Donuts
(12/2) Reuben’s Brews hosts this chance to sample four coffee-infused beers, including the coffee addition of its Breakfast Stout, made with coffee beans aged in bourbon barrels and roasted by Kuma Coffee.
