MUST SET SAIL
Christmas Ship Parade of Boats
(12/15) Boats of all stripes are decked out to the nines for Argosy Cruise’s Parade of Boats. These vessels will light Lake Union aglow as they chug along for everyone to oooh and ahhh at their festive beauty. While lead boat tickets are sold out, guests may still join the Parade of Boats Viewing Party along the Fremont Cut, free of charge. See if you can hear the Christmas Ship’s Dickens Carolers from ashore. 7:30 p.m. Fremont Lake Union Center, 701 N 34th St.; 206.547.5435; argosycruises.com. -Megan Toal

MUST MINGLE ALL THE WAY
SantaCon
(12/16) Kris Kringle, Saint Nick, Father Christmas—whatever you want to call him, dress up as our favorite jolly old gift giver for Seattle SantaCon. Decked in red-and-white-trimmed coats, festive pub crawlers will flood the streets and bars in downtown and Pioneer Square starting at noon. Before bah-humbugging pub crawls or gratuitous revelry, keep in mind it’s for a good cause: A portion of the proceeds benefits Mary’s Place, which helps homeless women and children in need. So drink up (responsibly) and find yourself on Santa’s “nice” list. 12 p.m. $10-$20, downtown; santacon.com. -M.T.

MUST RELAX
Bloody Marys + Yoga
(12/16) Treat yourself this weekend with a perfect Saturday morning combo at Columbia Tower Club. Greet the day with an hour-long vinyasa yoga session, then enjoy a well-deserved Bloody Mary. Love your body, then love what you drink, all while taking in beautiful downtown views. 10:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m. $30, downtown, Columbia Tower Club, 701 5th Ave., 76th floor; 206.622.2010; justaddyogaevents.com. -M.T.

MUST SIP AND SLURP
Oysters + Bubbly: No. 2
(12/16) Get classy with oyster and bubbly pairings at Bottlehouse. Tickets to its second Oysters + Bubbly party get you six oysters from Hama Hama Oyster Co. and six pours of sparkling wine while Ben Wheeler’s Jazz Hands band sets the mood. Feel fancy with these classy combinations. 3 p.m. $32, Madrona, Bottlehouse, 1416 34th Ave.; 206.708.7164; bottlehouseseattle.com. -M.T.

MUST GET LIT
Winter Solstice Candlelight River Walk
(12/21) Historic downtown Snohomish sparkles during this annual solstice event, inviting revelers to join the caroling and stroll the beautiful Riverfront Trail, which will be aglow with light from hundreds of luminarias. 4–7 p.m. Free. Snohomish Riverfront Trail, Snohomish; snohomishwa.gov. -Alexandra Haupt
