MUST DEBATE

Crosscut Festival

(2/2-2/3) Journalists and public figures converge for in-depth conversations on topics ranging from politics to social justice, climate change to immigration at this inaugural festival, presented by Crosscut, the online, nonprofit publication covering Northwest news. Hear from Washington state Governor Jay Inslee and state Attorney General Bob Ferguson, former Obama administration officials and more than 50 other speakers. Catch our very own John Levesque moderating the “Business leaders as social justice warriors,” panel on Saturday. Times and prices vary. Seattle University, First Hill, 901 12th Ave.; crosscut.com

MUST ANTIQUE

America’s Largest Antique & Collectible Show

(2/3-2/4) It’s time to spruce up your house and wardrobe with some vintage finds. This biannual show is the largest in the Puget Sound, boasting 400 booths of vintage items including clothing, jewelry, furniture, and tribal art. Everything there is pre-1975, making this a museum and shopping experience wrapped in to one! $7 for adults. Washington State Fair Events Center, 110 9th Ave. SW, Puyallup; thefair.com/fun/details/americas-largest-antique-collectible-show

MUST FLOAT

Seattle Boat Show

(through 2/3) It’s your last chance to experience the annual boat show spanning through three different locations. Check out the newest boats and accessories, boat-share programs, and seminars on fishing and boating. Finish off the show with some craft beer and boat shopping at their “Sails & Ales” event. Times, prices, and locations vary. seattleboatshow.com

MUST WATCH

Groundhog Day Screening

(2/2-2/3) Yes, you’ve probably seen this movie as many times is Bill Murray’s character relives the same day, but have you seen it on the big screen? Central Cinema will be showing the movie three times this weekend to celebrate our very strange, national holiday where we rely on a groundhog to tell us our weather fate. Will Punxsutawney Phil see his shadow and make us suffer six more weeks of winter? We hope not. $5 for matinee, $8 for evening. Central Cinema 1411 21st Ave.; central-cinema.com
