The Bellevue Collection is looking to show that people can still find new styles and trends from the comfort of their homes with a virtual Fashion Week.

The Bellevue Collection, a shopping and dining district with more than 200 shops and 50 restaurants, is offering both virtual and in-person options for a “Fashion Forward” approach, including two online fashion shows featuring fall looks and trends, an independent designers showcase and styling consultation. The Bellevue Collection will also broadcast behind the scenes looks at Fashion Week on its IGTV.

The independent designers showcase features the work of a diverse slate of seven local designers. The display began Sept. 14 and will end Sunday, Sept. 27.

The first fashion show, Posh Party Trend, starts at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25. The second show, The Collective Runway, begins at the same time on Saturday, Sept. 26.

Tickets cost $50 per fashion show and come with a $25 Bellevue Collection gift card. The first 300 ticket purchases also come with gifts such as samples from brands like Aveda, Bare Minerals and Kiehl’s, and coupons from stores and restaurants at The Bellevue Collection, including Ann Taylor, Kate Spade and Cinnabon.

All proceeds from ticket purchases will be donated to Bellevue LifeSpring, a nonprofit providing assistance to families in need.

Michael Bruce Image Consulting employees are available to help customers pick out fall looks. Shoppers need to book appointments in advance and take a Personal Styling Assessment beforehand. Appointments with consultants are available until Sept. 27 on the second level of Bellevue Square.

“Our Fashion Forward programming is a new take on a tradition, and we hope those who typically visit us for Fashion Week join us virtually from the comfort of their homes or visit us to get a first-hand look at trends and independent designers, all for a good cause,” says Jennifer Leavitt, The Bellevue Collection’s vice president of marketing.
