Port Townsend’s Wearable Art Show has officially started accepting entries for its May 11 show. In the spirit of unfettered creative freedom, rules of entry are simple: art that is wearable. Whether sculptural, functional or abstract, all forms of expression (and all media platforms) are welcome. This year’s juror will be Layne Goldsmith, professor of art at the University of Washington and past chair of the Fiber program. All entries must fill out an application with a sketch or photo of their proposed piece by February 15.* If you are chosen to move forward there is an opportunity to sell your work, receive cash prizes, and see your vision in runway lights, with all proceeds for the event going to the Jefferson County Community Foundation.

*The deadline has been extended until February 19.
