!–paging_filter–pLisa Murphy, the women behind Pacific Place’s a href=”http://www.emiliesloan.com/” target=”_blank”Emilie Sloan/a, a sweet boutique filled with smart, durable and well-designed totes, bags (and now, a href=”http://www.emiliesloan.com/weekender.asp” target=”_blank”luggage/a), has created a holiday train display in her store—a perfect thing to add to your annual downtown holiday excursion./p
pMurphy has thoughtfully replicated beloved Seattle landmarks (the Space Needle, the carousel at Westlake Center), many of it, by hand (she cast Mt. Rainier in clay), for the train to wind its way through in the back portion of the store, and invites kids (of all ages) to enjoy it./p
pTo celebrate Emilie Sloan’s new train bag, Murphy is giving away one bag a week through the holidays, all you have to do is stop by and see the train. Additionally, shoppers can sign up to win a trip for two to Vancouver on Amtrak, a perfect way to break in a new Emilie Sloan bag./p
