Twin Peaks drama: Word surfaced recently that the show’s writer-director David Lynch was unclear whether Showtime’s reboot of the series would happen saying “there are complications.” But, according to Entertainment Weekly, Twin Peaks is moving forward despite Lynch’s confusing comments. Phew.

Hope Solo is back in the news. This time her husband Jerramy Stevens has been formally charged with a DUI, according to TMZ. You may recall that Stevens, a former Seahawks player, was caught driving the Team USA soccer van in Los Angeles in January. He and his wife attempted to use the “do you know who we are?” line, but officers didn’t buy it. 

Starbucks mobile ordering launches today in Seattle. How it works: Use your Starbucks mobile app (only on iPhones at the moment; Android coming soon) to choose your store and order your drink in advance. The system, according to The Puget Sound Business Journal, then “tells you how many calories are in your order and how many minutes the store is from your location.” You then pick it up in store, skipping out on the long lines. Mobile Order & Pay will be available at approximately 650 locations in Washington, Idaho, Oregon and Alaska. Starbucks plans to continue a national roll out throughout 2015. In tunnel boring machine news that isn’t Bertha: Brenda is plugging away and is scheduled to complete its path this morning and break through the ground near the Roosevelt light rail station. The much-smaller-than-Bertha machine has been digging from Northgate to Roosevelt and moves about five feet every 60 to 90 minutes, Kiro 7 News says. Three cheers for Brenda!
