The Richard Sherman Celebrity Softball Game happens on Sunday, July 20, at Safeco Field and you have a chance to be on the roster. To nab the coveted spot among the star-studded team, which boasts Seahawks royalty Russell Wilson, Earl Thomas and Percy Harvin, among other notable names (interestingly enough they could only scare up one lady celeb? UPDATE! It appears that a celebrity named Gigi has joined in on the fun), simply submit a written entry of 300 words or less from now until July 15 that describes how “You Get Out What You Put In,” or in layman’s terms: what you’ve done to make a positive impact in your community.

A panel of judges, on which the Sherminator himself sits, will judge the entries and determine who is the best candidate to take home the Richard Sherman Celebrity Softball Game Oberto Award and hit the field with the rest of the A-listers.

To submit your entry and read more on the rules and criteria, visit facebook.com/ObertoBeefJerky. Oberto, the Seattle-based beef jerky company, will also award prizes to five runners up in the contest. Good luck!
