While home inventory levels in Seattle are at an all-time low, demand continues to climb as more people pack up their belongings and head this way.

If you’re in the market for a new place to call your own, don’t stress. There are several new properties that are primed for purchasing in Seattle’s incredibly walkable Central District neighborhood. These four townhome communities—from local family-owned builder Isola Homes—feature modern, eco-friendly design with luxe finishes like spa bathrooms, gourmet kitchens and rooftop decks. Read on for more details about each home.

Note that more Isola abodes are in the works along 16th Avenue in the Central District. Aristo, a community of seven townhomes, will open in late spring/early summer of this year.

1. Adler Townhomes
104 22nd Avenue South

Each of these six, sizeable townhomes (1,689 to 1,728 square feet) has three bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms with spacious, open floorplans that are made for entertaining. For budding chefs, you’ll hone your culinary skills in the gourmet kitchen with slab quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, enjoy dinner on the rooftop deck, then retreat post-meal to your spa-inspired bath. Here, you’ll get a Walk Score of 88 and a Bike Score of 92, meaning you’re able to easily access nearby spots like the Pratt Fine Arts Center or Broadcast Coffee Roasters sans auto.

2. Arya
212 16th Avenue

A collection of 10 contemporary rowhomes features homes with two bedrooms, a den and either 1.75 or 2.25 bathrooms. Sizes range from 1,300 to 1,508 square feet and brim with bells and whistles like designer finishes (think chrome fixtures, quartz countertops), a chef’s kitchen, rooftop deck and windows galore for loads of natural light. As for walkability: The Arya scored an 89 with an 86 Bike Score. So ditch the car and walk or pedal to places such as R&L Home of Good Bar-BQ or the Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute.

3. East Spruce 3
1507 E Spruce Street

Three modern, single-family homes have two to three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms tucked in approximately 1,231 to 1,457 square feet. There’s an entire floor dedicated to the master suite and a grand rooftop deck that’s ideal for entertaining and relaxing. Your Walk Score is an impressive 90 at this locale, while a Bike Score of 82 ensures you can trek to parks, community gardens and other cool CD spots.

4. Vida Rowhomes
120 20th Avenue

A landscaped interior courtyard with flowing pathways and central gathering spaces at this village of 15 modern townhomes inspires connection with your neighbors. Each rowhome has 1,200 to 1,531 square feet with two to three bedrooms and 1.75 spa-inspired bathrooms with slab quartz countertops, tiled showers and walls, and sleek chrome fixtures. Entertain and enjoy the views on the rooftop deck or get out and walk or ride: The Walk Score here is 89 and the Bike Score is 81.
